The April 2022 Real Estate Statistics are in.

Like we’ve come to expect, sales in April showed increases in Median Sales Price, Percent of List Price Received and Decreases in New Listings, Closed Sales, Days on Market, and Total Supply of Homes for Sale. What’s the bottom line? April looks much like the monthly numbers we’ve become used to seeing since 2020.

BUT, It is important to note that this numbers have a delay - just released by New Jersey Realtors now, they reflect what happen 30 days ago in April.

The real estate market moves quickly, and many agents and mortgage representatives are seeing changes in the market - houses are still selling incredibly fast, but maybe taking a little longer. Houses are still receiving multiple offers, but not quite as many.

This hint of change may have an impact on your planned move or sale - especially if you’re planning on making both a purchase and sale. Contact us to talk more about your circumstances, goals and timing and we’d be happy to provide insight on what’s best for you.
